Junior Sales Representative

Position Description: Our client, a national provider of human resource outsourcing has contracted Westaff to find the best candidates possible for their entry level sales representatives. The overall objective of this position is to gain promotion to a Territory Sales Representative within 6-12 months. At which time, you will be assigned a protected territory, increased base salary and excellent earning potential.

Job duties include the following:

* Complete Business Plan for sales
* Submit report of activities and results, calls, referrals, marketing programs and sales submitted and credited
* Maintain detailed log of referrals and products submitted
*
Prepare a monthly projection of sales
*
Coordinate with operations to resolve client concerns and improve client retention
*
Communicate with clients to propose solutions and resolve concerns
*
Identify key prospects
*
Perform daily sales duties such as cold calling, telesales and lead generation

Position Requirements:

Position Description and Requirements: This is an entry level sales position responsible for selling outsources human resource products and related services to small and mid-sized companies. This is a professional, fast-paced, and competitive environment.

1 to 3 years of sales experience, outside sales preferred.

College degree or equivalent work experience.

Willingness to prospect via phone and cold call.
*
Ability to develop new and existing business.
*
High energy, eager to develop a territory and advance career.
*
Strong relationship building skills and professional image.
*
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
*
Light local travel.
