An outside sales representative for Jasper Engines & Transmissions in the KANSAS CITY area is the key resource in building long-term relationships with our customers. Jasper has been growing since its inception in 1942. Today, we are the nation's largest mass re-manufacturer of drivetrain components with 35+ locations around the country. That growth is largely attributed to our mission, which simply says, "Do It Right...And Have Fun!"
The ideal sales candidate will possess a minimum of 2-3 years proven OUTSIDE sales experience (Does not have to be in automotive) and the drive, passion, enthusiasm and work ethic to be successful in a sales career.
The ability to build strong customer relationships is key...as is an understanding of selling a premium priced product.
Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not necessary. However, the willingness to learn and develop an interest in our industry is critical.
