The Key Account Specialist will support Lam and Novellus accounts, by providing both administrative and technical expertise on the entire range of BOCE products and services. To liaise with the group and all related departments in order to foster and promote the ordering and sales of BOCE products and services and further the organizations sales objectives.

Skills/Qualifications Required:
BS in a technical, scientific, or business discipline - or equivalent related work experience.
Must possess strong working knowledge of SAP.
Must have adequate experience working with customers, sales representatives and/or engineering personnel both in person and via telephone.
Needs to possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills.
Must possess the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a high workload environment.
Must know how to function within a team environment in order to support Lam and Novellus needs in a positive, enthusiastic manner.
Must have strong computer skills.
Ability to comprehend sophisticated vacuum technology, semiconductor processes and a variety of related applications is also required.
Must be able to function with a minimum of supervision, be self-motivating, self-disciplined and a proven problem solver.


Primary Responsibilities:
Proactively manage OEM web or email based interfaces (eg MyLam.com)
Provides detailed technical information on specifications, price, delivery, applications and other product-related details for both standard and non-standard products.
Addresses customer feedback and solves problems when required in relation to all telephone, e-mail, fax and mail inquiries from customers and account team and other company sources.
Supports, expedites and tracks customers orders received via telephone, electronic communication or in written form. Reconcile confirming Purchase Orders.
Maintains reports, both internal and externally to include Demand Planning, Rolling forecasts Part Numbers cross reference and monthly reports.
Maintains a working knowledge of BOCE and their products and the applications/industries where they are
utilized.
Creates and maintains detailed customer account profiles.
Makes visits to Key OEM sites with appropriate Account team member to discuss and rectify customer concerns or promote inter-company lines of communication.
Supports Processing of sales related Returns and Credit Allowances within the guidelines of company policies and procedures.
Processes Proof of Deliveries and shipment tracking with Freight Carriers.
Works closely with Account Team to formulating, developing and implementing sales strategies for accounts consistent with company objectives.
Travels to other company locations to attend company sponsored meetings and increase level of understanding regarding organizational structure and goals.
