Key Accounts Manager - East (NH, MA, CT, RI, NY, NJ)

OBJECTIVE:
The ideal candidate will be responsible to identify, qualify, and close potential new customers, as well as work with existing, large customers under pressure from competition. The candidate must prepare plans, present to customers and close new business. The successful candidate will also have experience in implementing, tracking and achieving a well prepared sales plan, which includes:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Developing and executing strategic sales plans with the goal to maintain or exceed the companies current 10% growth rate
? Developing and coordinating sales efforts through indirect channels
? Developing Key Accounts strategy and plan in connection with sales management, product marketing, and senior management; gain concurrence and implement
? Achieving established target revenues
? Targeting and developing sales plans for target markets in the 200 ? 1, 000 seat call centers utilizing all available products from GN
? Knowledge of and demonstrated competence with contact management software, as well as Microsoft programs

EXPERIENCE:
? Five plus years of experience in an outside sales position with a documented ability to achieve new business development revenue objectives.
? The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree with experience preferred in telecommunications (traditional PBX and VoIP) and or data networking products.
? A proven record of selling through indirect channels and/or Fortune 1000 market is preferred.
? Candidate will have experience in presenting technical and financial ROI solutions to C-level end-user prospects.
? Must be authorized to legally work in the United States and travel internationally if needed.
