The Company offers the broadest standard selection of permanent identification systems available in the world. It provides solutions for its clients? products whether they are plastic or delicate medical instruments, large diesel engines or tiny fasteners.

THE POSITION

LATIN AMERICA SALES MANAGER - Industrial Identification & Traceability Equipment

NOTE: The Position will work from a Virtual Office and be located in the Southern Tier of States.

The Position, which reports to the Vice President of Sales, is responsible for executing marketing and sales strategies through direct and indirect sales to meet predetermined goals. It also provides guidance, training and support to Manufacturers Representatives and Distributors within assigned territory to ensure sales growth, market retention and new market development.

It interfaces extensively with Sales management, Proposal Engineers, Customer Support Manager and Associates, Regional Managers, International Sales Manager, International Relations Manager, Manufacturers Representatives, Distributors, and Customers assisting in new market development and acquisitions, as needed.

In addition, the Position:
Makes recommendations for global development and expansion.
Participates in sales forecasting.
Keeps abreast of all ISO Procedures.
Represents Company at trade associations, shows and meetings to promote company products.
Keeps abreast of federal trade regulations, tariff codes and export regulations.

The Successful Candidate will 10+ year experience in consultative technical sales (direct and indirect) with a documented track record of quota attainment. International sales experience is highly desirable. Industrial Identification & Traceability Equipment sales experience is ideal. He / she will also be computer literate, customer oriented with knowledge of foreign protocols.

Bilingual (Spanish) is highly desirable.

BA / BS in Business or a related field is required.
