Assignment Capsule
The Sales Executive is accountable for the development and implementation of sales strategies that motivate insurance agents and consultants to sell Humana group insurance products to large groups. Additionally, the Sales Executive is responsible for mining direct prospect opportunities among the large group employers in the market. Special focus will be placed on sales of Humana's consumer-centric solutions. The Sales Executive will deal with brokers, consultants and business owners.

Skills required include:
Successful track record of selling commercial insurance accounts. Strong sales presentation and negotiation skills. Demonstrated organizational and planning skills. Ability to effectively work autonomously with minimal management direction. Effective rapport building and relationship management skills. Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively.

Role Essentials

BA/BS degree required

Seven years of industry related experience with a minimum of five years in an outside sales capacity.

Insurance license for life/health required

Knowledge and understanding of various insurance operational areas is highly desirable
