Responsibilities
Lead Qualification representative will be responsible for executing marketing programs, which include responding to prospect and customer inquiries, as well as fielding campaign-generated inbound telephone inquiries. These activities are conducted with a goal of generating qualified sales leads for referral to the appropriate Risk sales channel in a closed-loop environment. These marketing programs will support Risk Industry Solutions.

Accountabilities:
1. Placing outbound telephone calls to prospective customers to identify decision makers and opportunities.
2. Fielding inbound calls from prospective customers generated from targeted marketing programs.
3. Research and qualify new business opportunities in accordance to approved Sales management guidelines.
4. Assist in the development and support of marketing campaigns to identify business opportunities.
5. Proactively track and measure revenue contribution, close rate levels and lead quality. 6. Track leads sent from all sources including but not limited to direct mail campaigns, inbound and outbound calling, marketing, new sales group, special events, trade shows, and company web sites".
7. Become proficient and diligent in managing the "Closed Loop Process" from end to end.
8. Participate in self-learning and group learning programs to acquire knowledge of the Risk industries, products and prospective.
9. Develop skill proficiency to be capable of establishing an additional level of customer support and service to initiate the trial process and ensure a successful conversion.
10. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
1. BS/BA preferred
2. 2-3 years inside sales or related experience in a B2B environment.
3. Creative problem solving abilities and strong desire to work in a telephone-based business development environment.
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills with key attention to detail accuracy.
5. Strong computer skills necessary, specifically on MS Excel.
6. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team to accomplish mutual team and business goals.
7. High energy, goal oriented and organized.
8. Actively promote continuous process improvement to drive team effectiveness.
