Leasing Account Executive

Home State Leasing Corporation, a subsidiary of Home State Bank is a young aggressive leasing company looking to mature with the addition of seasoned lease professionals.  We are located in Crystal Lake, Illinois, a northern suburb outside of Chicago.  We have two sales positions available.  Expertise is required for vendor programs and direct customer programs.  Our sales concentration is in the middle market general equipment area with focus in the Midwest territory.  Transaction size ranges from $25,000 - $2,000,000.  We have both internal funding and outside funding.  Backed by our parent company, we have the unique opportunity to offer a variety of financial vehicles to our customers.  Along with a professional atmosphere we offer strong back office support.

 

Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in vendor program origination/customer direct origination.

- Minimum of 5 years experience.

- Ability to follow transaction from inception to completion.

- Motivated with a desire to exceed expectations.

- Good work ethics.

- Team player

- Motivated with desire to exceed expectations.

-  Able to excel at a performance based compensation program, no caps.

  -  Excellent communication skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve assigned sales goals of $5-8MM annually.

- Sales concentration to increase portfolio.

- Initiate and close transactions.

- Monitor pricing programs

- Proposals

- Vendor program presentations

- Monitor pricing programs
