APARTMENT LEASING CONSULTANT

 

Legacy Management is a family owned and operated Property Management Company serving the tri-state area for over 25 years. The Company's main focus is the management of both multifamily and commercial developments consisting of apartment communities, commercial centers and self storage operations.

 

We are currently looking to add a Leasing Consultant to one of our teams in the Northern Kentucky area. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing an apartment home along with assisting current residents with service requests and renewals. Some of these responsibilities include leasing vacant apartments, marketing tasks, lease renewals, rent collection, and assisting current residents with problems and rent collection.

 

A good Leasing Consultant does not necessarily have to have prior experience as a leasing agent. They must however have some kind of experience in a sales or hospitality field.  A Leasing Consultant must be well organized, have sales skills, and strong customer service.
