Leasing Consultant (Sales)

As initial contact between the public and the company, the Leasing Consultant strives to represent the quality of our product.  The Leasing Consultant maintains high occupancy levels by demonstrating the value in our community to prospective residents.
Successfully leases apartments by meeting customers' needs. 
Assists in marketing the property and generating traffic.
Evaluates the needs of our customers while communicating the corresponding benefits. 
Supports the marketing functions by recording accurate data on prospects and new residents. 
Utilizes company resources under the direction of the Community Manager to facilitate leasing. 
Aids in achieving financial goals by, effectively qualifying prospective residents and verifying applications. 
Prepares lease documents and related paperwork. 
Promotes positive and proactive resident relations by working to make the living experience, particularly the first and last impressions, of the highest quality.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a sales, retail, or customer service role a strong plus.
Superior customer service skills and a desire to help people.
Sales-driven personality and a competitive nature.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work weekends.
