We are currently searching for highly motivated, enthusiastic and forward thinking individuals to join our team of Leasing Consultants at our beautiful San Jose property. Oakwood Leasing Consultants are our first point of contact with prospective clientele, they are both the cutting edge, and the supporting foundation of Oakwood?s sales force. The ideal candidates will be ambitious, self-starters with excellent communication skills, and proven records of **outstanding** customer service/sales experience.

Daily responsibilities include:

- Coordinating and conducting tours of the property.
- Completing reference checks on potential residents.
- Preparing leases and move-in paperwork.
- Scheduling resident move-ins.
- Compiling marketing results.
- Completing competitive studies.
- Maintaining a leasing phone log.
- Other administrative and sales duties.
Required qualifications are:
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office & Internet
- Retail/Sales experience a +
- Must be available to work weekends
