As a Loan Advisor at GreenPoint Mortgage you will work with established and newly developed referral sources, to convert into new loan applications. You will source potential customers via marketing telephone calls, gather and review loan documents and maintain contact with customers throughout the loan submission process.
Our cutting-edge technology will track your loans from submission to funding. Your manager and Greenpoint?s online Training Center will keep you sharp and up to date on the latest changes in pricing and products. Essential Skills:
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
? Effective interpersonal and communications skills in addition to well-developed customer service skills.
? Proven time management skills to achieve optimum financial rewards and career growth.
? Computer literacy with a college degree (or equivalent work experience).
? Retail, hospitality or customer service experience a plus.
