Looking for energetic, hard working personalities with at least 1 year of successful sales experience:  preferably in the mortgage/financial industry and looking to make the next step in their career!  Bilingual a plus.

 

Average salary for 1st year loan officers/credit managers is $50k: 

$30k salary + commission up to $10k quarterly.  2nd year salary: $65-100k and opportunity to manage own branch in future if successful. 

 

Job Description: 

As a Loan Officer/Credit Manager, you will be using sales techniques, credit investigation, loan interviewing and loan analysis. You will be responsible for analyzing credit applications and making credit recommendations as you build relationships with customers by offering financial products that meet their needs. You will enjoy a salaried position with the opportunity for quarterly incentive plan bonuses and can expect to be qualified for promotion to Assistant Manager and Store Manager. You will have extensive responsibility in an environment where your performance directly impacts the bottom-line. This is the start to a challenging and rewarding career with unlimited upward mobility.

 

Hours:  Mon., Wed., Fri.:  8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.  Tues., Thurs.:  10 a.m.-7 p.m.
