CoreStar Financial Group is actively hiring individuals for our Senior Loan Officer positions. It is your job to listen to their situation and match them up with a Loan Program that will save them money.

HOW MUCH MONEY CAN I EXPECT TO EARN?

You will have complete control of how much money you earn. The income expectations for this position can realistically exceed north of 100k. Expected average first year income is between 60k-80k. We offer a base salary plus a very aggressive compensation plan. Like anything in life, what you put into it is what you get out it.

With that being said, if you are truly serious about learning this business, you will have the training, leads, and support to succeed. The ball is in your court, and in the end that is all you can ask for.


HOW WILL I GET MY LEADS?

As an added benefit to working at CoreStar, we will provide you with the leads needed to be successful. For example you can receive live inbound phone calls from people we Direct Mail market to, internet leads from a number of sources, and warm transfers from a telemarketing team. These are just a few of the leads sources we provide. With our competitive products and prices, we expect your number of referrals to increase over time.

IS THERE TRAINING?

Yes, because you are new to this industry, we will train you and teach you the ropes of your new career. CoreStar will have you enter our 2 week paid training program. After completion of the training, you will be assigned to a sales team and monitored by your sales manager for continued growth.

WHAT TYPE OF CANDIDATE ARE YOU SEARCHING FOR?

As a sales representative for CoreStar Financial Group, your responsibilities will include: walking a homeowner from beginning to end through the process of refinancing or purchasing a homebuilding rapport and successfully communicating with homeowners on a daily basislearning the variety of mortgage products our company offers so we can ensure homeowners are maximizing their financial goalsaddressing and effectively handling any concerns a homeowner may havecompleting and submitting loan applications, learning and understanding the rules and guidelines associated with mortgage lending and the products within itlearning and using our customized lead tracking system and client database
