E-LOAN is headquartered in Pleasanton, CA. As we continue our expansion plan we are seeking to hire a Loan Production Manager for our First Mortgage or Sub-Prime division. As business is continuing to grow, we are hiring to meet the demand. Our ideal candidate will be accustomed to working in a fast-paced, high production environment, coupled with a dedication to providing outstanding levels of customer service, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

?Responsible for the development and the overall operational proficiency of one of our First Mortgage or Sub-Prime Loan Mortgage Production Departments
?Responsible for managing and mentoring Loan Consultants and Loan Production Team
?Responsible for reviewing problem files and making a determination on proceeding steps
?Monitor and work closely with the Underwriting team to ensure all files funded have met all conditions.

Requirements:

?Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent work experience
?Minimum 5-7 years experience in first or sub-prime mortgage origination and/or mortgage sales
?Minimum 5 years management experience
?Real estate experience a plus
?Excellent written and verbal communication skills
?Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills l
?Portfolio and loan brokerage experience
?Secondary market experience
?Thorough knowledge of methods, practices, and terminology used in a Sales/Loan Production environment
?Thorough knowledge of mortgage and real estate lending
?Ability to motivate and lead others to create a winning atmosphere
?Ability to leverage existing contacts
?Ability to gain confidence of people, understand their problems/issues/needs, and provide satisfactory answers/resolutions/explanations
?Previous sales/loan/real estate experience in a banking/financial institution required
?Proven abilities to originate and execute business
