The Leasing Consultant will greet perspective residents, tour the property, assist residents with request/issues, work heavy telephones, do leasing/administrative paperwork, prepare files for approval and follow through before and after move-in. Also do computer input of calls, traffic and resident requests (work orders). You must be cooperative, adaptable, customer service oriented and be available to work Saturday and Sunday.

Required for this position is 1-2 years of leasing or sales experience (preferably apartment), customer service, strong written and verbal communication skills, high energy, and self-motivation. High school diploma and computer skills on Word, Excel, and Yardi preferred.
