SWI is a leading manufacturer of Machine Tools and Controls. We design and manufacture our own products, and sell and service customers on a factory-direct basis throughout the US.

We seek a highly motivated individual who craves a high income for outside sales in the Western Massachusetts and Eastern Connecticut territory.

Machine Tool knowledge and sales experience in the same or similar field, desired.

Mechanical aptitude and good communication skills, a plus.

 

We have a unique approach to selling that emphasizes the value-added by a Sales Representatives. As product experts, our Sales Representatives play a consultative role throughout the selling process: they help prospective customers understand the products and benefits at the beginning and then they help to implement the product in the customer's shop after the sale by training users.

Newly-hired salesmen are trained extensively in product and industry knowledge as well as our selling system. We offer an outstanding compensation program with salary, commission and bonuses, excellent training, benefits, and a chance to make a genuine, positive contribution to the people who are our customers.

Salary starts in the low 40's + commission + expenses + benefits + car allocation.
