MANAGER OF SALES/HEAVY HITTER CLOSER - $250K+ per year

JOB SCOPE: The Sales Management candidate is a hands on manager that is responsible for taking over deals that his team has bubbled up to him for the final close. This position must be intimately involved in all facets of the sales process, from inception to closing.  This position requires the ability to train and motivate a group of junior reps, but the most important aspect of this manager is that they are a VERY STRONG CLOSER.  Ability to close is more important that management experience.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-  Diligently review all sales opportunities, for all Sales Representatives, and offer strategies to close the deal.

-  Help sales reps take over calls and close larger accounts

-  Travel with reps as necessary to close deals

-  Manage reps to ensure productivity standards are met

-  Aid Sales Representatives in creating, building and nurturing successful relationships with prospects in their territories.

-  Provide monthly and quarterly feedback to Sales Representatives on their performance.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

-  Proven ability to close

-  4-year degree preferred

-  5+ years experience of progressive consultative selling experience, preferably in a consumer sales environment

-  Ability to work well under competitive sales pressure and quotas

-  Proven ability to build a positive and successful selling culture and environment
