MEDIA EDUCATIONAL REPRESENTATIVE
MEDIA EDUCATIONAL REPRESENTATIVE
Are you passionate about changing the lives of young people through education? For over forty years we have been giving students new opportunities to live the American Dream.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Follow-up and qualify media leads generated by the company within 24 hours of receiving them with the intent to conduct effective and professional in home interviews utilizing technical knowledge and skills; as demonstrated by meeting efficiency metrics system. Addresses any issues or concerns raised by students or parents of students regarding cost, financing, dress code, curriculum, tutoring, testing procedures or cancellation policy.
? Follow up with enrolled students to achieve a high level of shows and graduates. Report, track, and communicate enrollment activity to RAD. (Demonstrated by: 65 - 75 shows / year, a show rate of 50% - 60%, and a retention rate of 70% - 80%)
? Build and maintain effective and professional relationships with industry customers.
? Adhere to all regulatory compliance criteria and procedures. (Demonstrated by: 100% accuracy)
? Track and maintain records of all calls made, received and issues/concerns addressed with leads and enrolled students using SMART system
Education / Experience
? High School diploma or GED required.
? 3 -5 years sales experience
? Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
? Ability to multi-task and work with a variety of people at all levels throughout the organization.
? Strong organizational skills.
? Ability to analyze and report relevant data.
? Demonstrates a passion to help others.
? Knowledge of personal computer software applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access.
Work Environment:
? Home office environment.
? Varied hours, occasional overtime and some travel.
? Normal physical activity including movement, hearing, seeing and communication.
? General technology as it relates to office administration.
? Travel throughout specified region 90% of time
