As a Maintenance Agreement Administrator, you will be responsible for sales of new and renewing existing maintenance contracts, maximizing the number of machines under Ricoh service contracts. Will also maximize revenue and profit associated with the sale and renewal of maintenance contracts, and perform service related activities
Qualified candidates must possess:
? 3-5 years of directly related product or customer service experience
? High school diploma or the equivalent
? Excellent teamwork, written/verbal communication, analytical, follow-up, and customer relations skills
? Knowledge of service related computer systems and processes
? Effective time management skills
? Proficiency in MS Excel
