Position Description:

Work Location: North Central Region, Wisconsin

Position Summary:
- Qualified, interested candidates will report to the North Central Regional Account Director. The role of the Regional Account Manager is to implement account management strategies and tactics for our brands with regional accounts. Strategic and Secondary assigned accounts are located in WI.

Role Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned Strategic and Secondary Accounts.
- Lead the ATM process
- Gain access for s-a brands
- Develop and execute Account Business Plans for Strategic Accounts
- Manage contract process with appropriate accounts

Qualifications:

Education:
? BS/BA Degree

Experience:
. Five years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with 2-4 years sales management experience preferred. Marketing, marketing support, and/or home office experience is an additional consideration.
? MDA experience required.
? Must have at least 18 months tenure with sanofi-aventis and a minimum of 12 months in current position

Professional Skills:
? Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, leadership, and team management skills. Strategic thinking, planning, communication, and analytical skills are also critical requirements.
? Qualified candidates will understand current issues within their marketplace, the pharmaceutical industry, and health care delivery. Have the ability to discern trends occurring in the marketplace. Make appropriate risk/benefit/return on investment based decisions.
