ZONE SALES MANAGER OPPORTUNITY
We are a profitable international company with more than 50 years of providing high quality consumable maintenance products and outstanding service to our customers. Due to growth, we are looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager for Northern NJ.
As a sales manager for this zone, you will be responsible for meeting sales growth, by conducting pro-active field recruiting, hiring and training new sales agents, developing personal sales and educating and further developing veteran sales agents. We offer unlimited earning potential, generous commission structure, bonuses and benefits.
The ideal candidate should posses the following:
-A proven track record in sales and sales management within the MRO market is necessary
-Outside industrial sales experience
-Managing, recruiting and training experience
-Strong leadership ability and team building skills
-Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills
-Strong computer skills
-Bachelor degree preferred
