They are seeking a high potential Sales Trainee with a career goal of general management, to learn their business from the ground floor up. Our client manufactures, warehouses and distributes a leading line of building materials to Building Supply Dealers and OEM manufacturers. With few exceptions, the current management team of this industry leader all joined the company as "Sales Trainees".

As a Sales Trainee, after a brief introduction to their warehousing and shipping operations, you will work as an Inside Sales Representative to help existing customers build and process orders. Then, based on performance, you will advance to Outside Sales, Sales Management and then Branch Management. As a Branch Manager, you will have responsibility for all facets of sales, marketing, finance and operations of a multi-million dollar warehousing and distribution operation. From there, you will have significant additional opportunities for career advancement, based on performance.

Our client is seeking only bright, ambitious, hardworking, energetic team players with real leadership ability for their Sales Trainee program.
