What this can mean for you is: Hertz will invest in your success from day one! We provide comprehensive and paid in-class training for your first month of employment. From there, we will transition to on the job training with a career track racing towards Sales Management opportunities. This is an entry level position with plenty of room for performance based/merit advancement.
In this challenging position, you will hone your sales and customer service experience and learn what it takes to manage and grow a multi-million dollar business successfully. You will be trained to make daily management decisions in many areas such as: customer service, sales (inside and outside), account management, revenue management, fleet distribution, office operations, profit/loss management, sales coaching and employee development.
The ideal candidate is ambitious, extroverted and has strong verbal/written communication skills. A Bachelor?s degree (BA/BS) is strongly preferred. Prior sales and customer service experience is required.
