Role   Manager – Enterprise Information Product Specialists




Reports to   SVP Technical Account Management with Functional Reporting to Regional Head of EI Sales




Location    New York




To provide strong leadership and have full accountability for the provision of pre-sales, implementation and post sales support for EI (Datascope Real-Time, Select, On-Site; RMDS) products.  Manage the pending book of closed sales to ensure timely revenue recognition.


Purpose


 




Job Description - Duties & Responsibilities

Work closely with key clients Sales and Engineering to grow our business in the Enterprise Information Products space
Review and modify job roles and duties of staff to ensure clarity of role and appropriate utilization of resource.
Assign resources to incoming work and ensure proper utilization and focus on priorities
Closely manage pending book of closed business to ensure timely revenue recognition for all significant new business.
Manage and complete client migrations either directly with clients or through account teams for FGA and Major Accounts (e.g. DataScope Select migrations)
Provide pre-sales support through proceduralized methods utilizing resources from Engineering, Content & Product organizations.
Oversee and ensure high quality and timely implementation of new services either directly with clients or through assigned account teams.
Develop best practices for implementation and post implementation support – closely monitor the customer experience and promote/manage actions to improve
Monitor SR activity within product space and launch campaigns aimed at reducing unwanted call volume
Ensure that new business in proposed in a technically sound manner and with sufficient consulting services to ensure successful implementations.
Provide daily direction to staff on performance and client issues
Work closely with EI Sales Manager to ensure adequate and aligned coverage for new business.


 




Job Specifications – Required skills, knowledge and experience.

5+ years experience in leadership role in technical customer service management function
Experience with Market Data Open Systems, API usage and Reference Data
Depth of knowledge of technology, financial business


 


Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree a plus


 


Technical and/or Functional skills

Strong people skills, ability to influence
Solid organizational skills
Experience in managing customer experience
Strong technology experience background
