Job Duties:  The Manager oversees the day-to-day functions of the Inside Sales department for the TASQ Technology organization consisting of approximately 9 - 15 employees. They ensure that all department and employee goals are aligned with the Business Unit objectives in order to attain multi-million dollar monthly revenue objectives. The department manager is responsible for developing inbound and outbound strategy campaigns that drive revenue for the organization, as well as, personally producing multiple leads and sales in order to meet aggressive goals.  The department manager makes daily business decisions that in turn affect the positive outcome of additional revenue and customer satisfaction including special pricing and refund amounts as needed. They work with multiple departments within TASQ to formulate and execute company strategy, as well as other FDCS business units in order to improve processes across the organization. They will be required to manage their expenses within a conservative budget and will work closely with the department VP for any large expenditures or significant changes within the department.

 

Candidate Requirements:  High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor degree in Business or related field preferred.  A minimum of three to five years highly successful sales management experience.  Proven ability to translate executive vision into actionable items that develop into results and revenue. Must be a team motivator and enjoy empowering employees to be successful. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
