Department Description: Networks & Enterprise's Employee Communication department is focused on developing and executing strategic internal communication plans and tactics that:
- Support Motorola's vision of seamless mobility;
- Enhance employee ownership of Networks & Enterprise?s business goals; and
- Foster the development of a culture based on Motorola's core values.

Responsibilities/Expectations: - Research and write flawless copy ? always correct, clear, and accurate as well as appropriate for the audience, medium, and objective.
- Develop and execute large-scale, complex projects, with a special emphasis on collaboration, results, and the big picture.
- Promote the Motorola brand.
- Position all messaging in the context of the Corporation?s Core Values and Networks & Enterprise?s overall strategy and goals.
- Manage resources and priorities responsibly.
- Serve as a consultant to senior executives and craft customized communication plans for them.
- Produce videos, newsletters, brochures, events, web content and more.
- Embrace and leverage new and emerging communication tools and technologies.^^

Knowledge Skills: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
**5+ years relevant work experience**

- Superior writing/editing skills ? mastery of the Associated Press Stylebook
- Flexible, solution-oriented approach
- Excellent client service skills
- Ability to deal with all levels, including senior management
- Strong interviewing and interpersonal skills
- Superior project management skills
- Strong organization skills with process-driven work style
- Ability to juggle numerous projects and prioritize them effectively
