Description:

 Responsible for achievement of production and profits of team according to budget.  Manage and supervise Placement Managers as assigned.Participate in the hiring, training and development of a productive sales team.  Assist with development and review division's recruiting plan and results.Plan, manage and oversee individual and team training and development.  Conduct individual performance appraisels of consultants and take action needed in regard to consultants progress/results.Coordinate the marketing of tools/resources regarding the division's marketing plan, including trade shows, advertising and source mailings with Business Analyst.Analysis, preparation and translation of specialty team reports on a weekly, daily and monthly basis. Assist with translation of analysis results to specialty team sales objectives/strategies.Review divisions new job orders and recruiting pools and all activities and accomplishments on a weekly basis.

 

Required Experience:

Essential:Minimum of two years in the direct sales of products and servicesProfessional level written and oral communication skillsEffective negotiation skillsExperience in provision of customer serviceEfficiently manage large amounts of informationStrong management and communication skillsExcellent organization and prioritization skillsGood analytical and problem-solving abilities

Non-essential:College level educationExperience in health care industryExperience in the sale of professional servicesExperience in recruitment or staffingMinimum of one year in a management and/or supervisory position, preferably within a sales or service department
