Drives Sales growth through timely, accurate and relevant communication and management of process and procedures to enable sales execution. 5 years experience.Creation and administration of brand and sales communication to sales for enhancing business performance and use with customers
Accountable for the quality and timeliness of all brand-related communication to Sales
Accountable for the creation, coordination, trafficking and publication of Sales contest, product information and presentations
Accountable for communicating with and receiving feedback from account managers and sales management on a regular basis to ensure timeliness, accuracy and relevancy of content needs
Accountable for educating and ensuring brand and Integrated Marketing team members adhere to Sales Communications processes, timelines and other requirements
Accountable for providing input to the Retail Sales Weekly communication vehicle and other communication vehicles, via input by brands, Integrated Marketing, and Business Development
Accountable for supporting the National Sales Meeting as assigned
Clarify understanding of policies and processes
Responsible for ensuring understanding and compliance of ConAgra Foods non-trade and non-HR related policies and procedures through training and interfacing with Business Development, Integrated Marketing and Marketing as warranted
Accountable for managing forward buy and special situations/recalls task assigned to Business Development
Drive best practices in data management
Responsible for working with Marketing, Business Development and Sales teams to ensure consistent set-up of items within material master and TPM access
Accountable for Business Development set-up within TPM, ensuring proper roles and access is assigned in accordance with Internal Audit guidelines
Manage forecast and secondary display vehicle needs
Accountable for Business Development weekly forecast call, working with Sales and Marketing to ensure accuracy
Accountable for working with Sales teams in the development of secondary and custom display vehicles
Manage RCM / New Distribution
Coordinate all Food Group RCM activities, including internal communications with Integrated Marketing, Marketing, Business Development and Sales
Manage the assignment, allocation, communication and trade system loading for all new distribution initiatives
Ownership ad hoc issues as assignedBachelor's degree in Business or related field
2 - 4 years of account management experience, including management of complex accounts and/or multiple customer types
3 - 5 years of progressive industry experience
Must demonstrate in depth knowledge of sales, trade and marketing concepts and methods
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Ability to consistently and accurately meet deadlines
Must show aptitude to effectively interpret and use multiple information sources to develop sales communications
Must have a strong base in understanding customer and consumer buying behavior and the development and maintenance of customer relations and promotions management
Demonstrated ability to work with, direct and influence peers and various levels of management
Proficient in Microsoft Office
