Manager, Sales Compensation Administration

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position manages the overall administration and support of various incentive programs, (including design & development), incentive systems and incentive/production reporting. Directs sales and service incentive/sales support staff. Must be able to accurately assess and incorporate organizational direction, e.g. product strategy as it relates to incentive design and/or incentive modifications. Collaborates and interfaces with all levels of sales and service management to coordinate deployment of resources and improve productivity. Must ensure the integrity of incentive payouts so that they are in compliance with plan specifications. Responds to ad hoc inquiries for data, reports and analysis. Must have an excellent command for interpreting numbers, financial modeling, and solid communication skills.



 

Position has full managerial responsibility, including performance appraisals, authority to hire, discipline, terminate and salary action for staff positions (4 Analysts).



 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


Prior management experience. Experience with performing progressively responsible duties. Strong background in modeling, interpreting voluminous data and performing robust analysis. BA/BS Degree in Business or related field. Solid leadership abilities. Team player and able to influence others to meet business objectives. Bias towards results and meeting deliverables.  Excellent written and presentation skills. Project management, business planning/strategic thinking, innovative approach to problem resolution, strong client management skills, highly organized and excellent Excel skills.
