Job Description/Training Program:

 

FCA approaches training from a ?hands on? point of view. Through our training program, you will be working on the showroom floor serving as the primary point of customer interaction. You will be assigned a mentor and trained to confidently sell and educate customers regarding our various flooring products, accurately and efficiently process customer orders and maintain customer relationships.

 

Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma Shall pass drug and pre-employment testsPossess a valid driver?s licenseDemonstrates a readiness to meet and greet customers as friends-with high energy and enthusiasm
