THE OPPORTUNITY:

Our Manager Trainees (MITs) benefit from a structured training program, a planned training progression, and a broad base of opportunity to learn a career and grow into management.

Manager Trainees learn wholesale distribution from veterans of the industry, beginning with warehouse layout and management, shipping and receiving, inventory controls, industrial distribution, purchasing, hiring, training and managing staff, and inside & outside sales. As product knowledge and experience develop, MITs have the opportunity to move into management via operations, sales or opportunities within our corporate offices. Advancement is based primarily on demonstrated performance and the desire to seek greater challenges.

REQUIREMETS:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Distribution, Operations, Supply Chain Management or other relevant discipline;
- A solid academic performance record;

- Leadership skills;
- A strong work ethic;
- A desire to be challenged and grow professionally;;
- A desire to be in a hands-on work environment and an appreciation for a comfortable dress code;
- A positive attitude and enjoy working with customers;
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office WORD and EXCEL;
- A willingness to relocate during the program (at company expense) for career development opportunities.
