Manager of Sales
Our client measures quality, performance and customer satisfaction for builders, remodelers, commercials contractors and real estate developers. The company provides highly customized analyses of customer satisfaction, trends in performance, and comparisons of project managers or builders to its members. We have been retained by our client to recruit a motivated, achievement-oriented and successful Manager of Sales. This position will be located in the Midtown area of Atlanta, GA.
The primary responsibility for this position is to lead, motivate and inspire the sales staff while consistently exceeding established sales targets. Specific areas of responsibility:
? Sales leadership
? People management and development
? Developing a sales process
? Developing a key account strategy
? General management
Ideal candidate:
? Undergraduate degree.
? 5+ years sales management experience leading b2b sales teams with an additional 3 years in field sales role.
? Previous experience/knowledge of construction and home building desired; technology based products or services also a plus.
? High degree of emotional intelligence, flexibility, optimism and motivation.
? Excellent leadership and communications skills.
? Able to travel occasionally.
