Manager of Sales Development. Manage the Sales Prospecting team. Provide direction, guidance, scripts and coaching. Establish performance metrics and tracks them on a monthly/quarterly basis. Work closely with sales to gather feedback on effectiveness of programs and the hand-off of leads to sales. Continue to improve skill of Marketing Associate prospecting team and processes to generate qualified leads.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage lead generation process, instituting continuous improvements within marketing and sales to support the acquisition of new customers and the renewal of license subscriptions of existing customers.
* Expand the demand generation pipeline and accelerate the sales and revenue growth through qualified lead generation.
* Lead tracking - Track and report on campaign results and leads throughout the sales cycle.
* Work with sales management to ensure all leads are captured, tracked and qualified before turning over those leads to the appropriate sales reps.
* Manage regional and national strategic marketing campaigns from concept to execution, and conduct post-campaign ROI analysis.
* Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis as requested.
* Lead post mortems and collects feedback on direct marketing projects.

Strong written and oral communication skills as typically demonstrated by a Bachelors degree
4 years or more sales experience
3 years or more management experience
demonstrated expertise in phone based sales, lead generation or telemarketing
