Managers - Assistant Manager and Tire Manager (Chesapeake, VA)

Assistant Manager - Merchandise Manager:  Responsible for directing and controlling the customer service and merchandising functions of the club to maximize profit, sales and productivity.  This position is very hands on and requires at least 3 years of retail or supermarket management experience in a high-volume environment.

Tire Manager:  Responsible for the sales and installation of tires and propane.  This includes merchandising the sales floor, ensuring tires are installed and disposed of and propane tanks are filled per company policy, complying with safety and sanitation standards within the Tire Bay and Sales area, maintaining tire installation equipment, meeting sales goals, and supervising Tire Department Team Members.  Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail required.  Prior tire installation experience preferred.
