Position Summary: Responsible for the coordination of forecast, sales, inventory of the national programs with approved Boat Builder accounts.  Maintains accurate records on boat builder activity as well as market conditions with the boat business.  Maintains records of payments and rebates as they apply to offered programs.  Communicates boat builder and market conditions to executive management through written as well as verbal reports.  Through consistent communications with the boat builders, supplies prospect dealers to field sales force. 

 

Minimum Qualifications: Must have good interpersonal selling skills.  A working knowledge of Boat Building business or inside/outside sales experience is desirable.  The ability to understand OEM supplier relationships is a plus.  Must be willing to travel away from home a minimum of 25% and have a valid driver license.  Must be willing to accept possible future relocation.  Requires a Bachelor?s degree in Business or Marketing.  Needs experience in intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office, (Excel and Access applications).  Excellent inter-personal, organization and phone presentation skills required.
