Market Director

This exciting role will oversee the IT and Finance/Accounting Divisions permanent placement staffing operations for all of our offices in Ohio. Using a strategic and tactical approach, you will be primarily responsible for increasing revenues and client base while maintaining overall P&L. Moreover, you will develop and execute the overall sales plan including cross-selling, territory alignment, and meeting targeted goals. BS/BA required. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years permanent placement staffing experience, preferably in Information Technology or Finance/Accounting. Candidates should have experience in managing/building a team, preferably over multiple locations. The position requires you to be flexible in traveling throughout our Ohio offices to mentor/build the team and also participate in business development activities. Experience with budgets and a thorough understanding of the financial aspects associated with this industry is preferred. Must possess strong problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, as well as exhibit a sense of urgency to achieve successful results. Must demonstrate the ability to deliver quality solutions and exceptional customer service by cultivating strong relationships with key business partners. You are expected to strive for fast results, but never at the expense of the right match.
