Market Manager III - New England Region Sales

The individual must be multi-skilled and experienced with the ability to represent Bayer Consumer Products with all levels of personnel at high profile customers. Must be aggressive, action-oriented and creative in working with Sales Agencies in building strategic annual business plans that deliver sales growth and improved profits. Must be a good problem solver and a self starter.

6 to 8 years of progressive sales experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry is required. Position will work from the New England region.

Individual will be the primary representative to the Sales and Marketing Co. and responsible for the execution of programs, planning and fund management for the high profile customers in the New England area. Position's communication scope includes senior customer personnel, inter-zone peers, and multiple functional disciplines, including the Retail Sales Manager..
