Market Sales Manager

In addition to offering the largest variety of uniform colors and styles in the industry, our Facility Services group helps our customers keep their businesses looking clean and professional with floor mats, restroom supplies, mops, and shop towels. Our floor mats, which can be customized with corporate logos, check dirt at the door while reducing slips, falls and housekeeping costs. We handle all of the details so our customers don't have to.

 

Cintas is currently looking for a Market Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Reps who are focused on new business to business account development in our Uniform Rental and Facility Services Rental divisions. Selected individual will focus on increasing a location's overall sales of industrial uniforms, floor mats, and restroom ancillary supply services to new business customers in a designated service area. Duties include hiring, training, motivating and managing Sales Reps to achieve specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. The Market Sales Manager will also drive to customers in order to conduct Goodwill visits. The majority of the Sales Manager's time is spent in the field driving and riding with Sales Reps and developing new business customer accounts.

 

Cintas provides a training program, including product knowledge and development of our company sales process.

 

Salary: Base pay + commission (commensurate with background, qualifications, and experience), plus competitive car allowance and expense package.




A four year college degree or equivalent work experience


A valid driver's license 


Previous sales management experience, preferred


2-5 years outside sales experience with an emphasis on "new" business to business account development, preferred


Industrial sales background, preferred


Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted, preferred
