Location: Westlake Village, Westlake, Ohio

Immediate job opportunity for energetic, self-motivated and determined marketing professional. Candidate should be goal oriented, a team player, and have the ability to focus on resident and family satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

Increase overall lead generation, and to ensure regular follow-up with identified prospects so that community occupancy goals are met, as set forth in the Business Plan. Provide diverse social, cultural, and creative events that will appeal to prospective independent living residents. 70% of the time is spent on sales, marketing and outreach

* Create business alliances, sales contacts and community referral sources
* Close leads generated trough contacts
* Conduct presentations to the community.
* Develop and maintain relationships with potential referral sources on a weekly basis.
* Assist with development of quarterly marketing plan. Plan must include action plans and planned expenditures
* Implement senior prospect activities which are planned and coordinated with the Executive Director and Regional Sales Director.
* Train staff on how to assist prospective residents, their family members and/or advisors in the decision-making process by understanding their needs and how we can meet and exceed their expectations.
* Spearhead special events for prospective residents
* Manage Event Calendar
* Facilitate/encourage inter-department teamwork, especially with Activities department when joint events with prospects and existing residents will be conducted.
* Communicate details of planned events well in advance to other departments.
* Arrange for hosting group meetings at the community for exposure to prospective resident groups.
* Ensure that appropriate Sales & Marketing collateral materials are available and used at all events
* Maintain post-event records that track and analyze results.
* Requires a flexible schedule so that you can coordinate some evening and weekend events


We seek the following: Skills:

* Excellent sales, marketing and networking skills
* Above Average presentation skills.
* Ability to build effective relationships
* Capable of cultivating and closing sales a must!
* Advanced level computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel and Powerpoint is essential
* Must possess ability to professionally represent ARC and ultimately increase resident census

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in marketing, business or related degree preferred.
* 2-5yrs Senior Care industry or Related inside sales experience required
* 3-5 yrs Experience in coordinating sales based advertising, promotions
*Formal training or minimum of 2-5 yrs experience in event planning
