Deloitte Services LP has an opening for a Marketing Manager who will report to the National Director of AERS marketing.? This individual will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives to build awareness and drive business growth in Deloitte & Touche LLP - Assurance and Enterprise Risk Services (AERS).? As a member of the AERS marketing team, this person will work closely with AERS practice
leaders and regional marketing professionals to plan and implement marketing programs.

Duties and Responsibilities -
?
Strategize with AERS service line leaders, marketing team members and regional representatives to understand market drivers/issues and to build plans for marketing programs that address issues and showcase the organization's AERS service offerings.

????????? Serve as the lead client marketer for one or more AERS service lines.? Working with leadership and practice colleagues, develop marketing strategies that align with business goals, and plan and deliver effective marketing programs.? Provide leadership in managing relationships with major publications and associations.? Collaborate with marketing colleagues to provide the appropriate marketing and PR mix to meet business objectives.? Monitor and measure programs and effectively communicate results.? Optimize use of marketing dollars through effective budget management.

????????? Strategize with industry
marketing and other functional marketing colleagues to integrate marketing program plans and initiatives and optimize use of budget and resources.? Utilize knowledge of client and client's business issues as a foundation for integration.

????????? Work closely with team members to share best practices and leverage marketing programs and initiatives; create a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
?
????????? Plan, monitor and manage the AERS marketing budget to optimize use of dollars and resources, with a strong focus on fiscal accountability.

Position Requirements -
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business required; professional services industry experience preferred, not required,.
????????? 5-8 years of prior relevant experience at related level including ?proven business management and leadership skills
????????? Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously with demonstrable experience in consistently delivering high quality
results
????????? Strong organizational skills, including ability to effectively manage and monitor marketing budget
????????? Superior written and oral communication skills; strong examples of written pieces
????????? Expertise in dealing with all management levels within an organization, and experience within a matrixed organizational structure
????????? Ability to work well within a team, both on location and in a virtual mode
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as knowledge of web publishing tools.?? Familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts.
