Marketing Manager for Medical and Nursing programs - Dallas

Description:
We are searching for a Marketing Manager for our Medical and Nursing programs in Dallas. No previous medical experience necessary. This position is charged with developing community relationships to market to international doctors and nurses, recruiting nursing students at area schools, working with hospitals, developing relationships with medical schools, dental schools, pharmacy schools and international student advisors and coordinate marketing events.

Responsibilities:

o Developing relationships with hospitals, international community groups and associations

o Preparing and delivering presentations
o Attending events, arranging tables, and recruiting students at area schools
o Working with medical school and college faculty to negotiate group contracts and sponsorships
o Handling contracts with organizations
o Recruiting and supervising campus marketing representatives
o Contacting student organizations and corporations, and attending exhibits and forums
o Posting flyers at offsite locations (i.e., school campuses)
o Supervise production of flyers and promotional letters
o Supervise mailings
o Implement national marketing campaigns

o Develop and implement local marketing plans
o Coordinating and implementing outbound call campaigns


Requirements:
o Bachelors Degree preferred
o General marketing and sales experience
o Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and presentation skills
o Diligent work ethic and high energy level
o Good organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous details
o Creative thinking
o Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
o Ability to travel throughout the Dallas area and access to a reliable car
o Ability to work during days, evenings and/or weekends when required
