Job Description: 

To help seniors? and their family members in a designated market identify and select appropriate Assisted Living Communities, Residential Board & Care Homes, Alzheimer?s and Dementia Care Communities, SSI Communities and In-Home Care Services.  In addition, the Senior Care Director will obtain Referral Fee contracts with all Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

1)  Recommend RCFE?s to clients based on their care needs, budget, social interests and desired location. The Senior Care Director is responsible for the complete referral process from initial inquiry to confirmation of placement. 

 

2)  Obtain Referral Fee Contracts with all RCFEs.

 

3)  Market Referral and Placement services to hospitals, senior centers, skilled nursing facilities and other senior care services.

 

4)  Develop and maintain relationships with all RCFEs including Residential Board & Care Homes. 

 

5)  Update and maintain ACT database daily.

 

Candidate Qualifications:

1)  This position is ideal for an individual interested in working for themselves or starting their own business but does not want the challenges associated with launching a new business.

2)  Knowledge of the Assisted Living Industry and/or Senior Care Industry.

3)  Excellent written and verbal skills.

4)  Passion for seniors and their daily challenges.

5)  Self-starter and able to work independently.

6)  Excellent computer skills including;

a. ACT

b.  Microsoft Word & Excel

Compensation: 

The position is 100% commission .
