Marketing Specialist

Description: Under limited supervision (working individually or as part of a project team), performs complex research and analysis to support business operations. Develops recommendations to address problems/issues and makes presentations to the supervisor, project leader or manager.

Qualifications:
Advanced analytical/problem solving and research skills; effective communication skills for writing reports/proposals and making presentations; ability to work independently and lead others during projects; iadvanced Excel skills and proficiency with database manipulation; as normally obtained through a related bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant marketing experience. MBA is highly desirable.

Position will be charged with working directly with clients including problem resolution, creating new marketing collateral from conception to execution, building various compensation models ranging from broker compensation pro formas to staistical business segment reporting. This person will be expected to quickly learn key aspects of the group personal lines property and casualty business as well as develop compentcy in the use of multiple reporting tools.
