Medical Western Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager located on the West Coast.

Primary responsibilities include:
-Drive 'sales growth' of the Medical market.
-Manage the Sales Engineers within the assigned Region/Territory, including but not limited to holding them accountable to achieving sales targets, submitting weekly sales reports, and following other sales related directives as required by the changing business conditions and needs of the organization.

Minimum qualifications include:
-Must possess significant customer and market knowledge of the Medical Industry, customers, products, trends, and drivers.
-5 or more years experience in the Medical business, with special emphasis in Patient Monitoring, Surgical, Ultrasound, Imaging and High Voltage markets required.
-3 or more years experience in Tyco Electronics and Precision Interconnect products, capabilities, competencies, and global manufacturing footprint, preferred.
-3 or more years experience in micro-coax, cable, interconnects, connectors, cable assemblies, switches, relays, label identification, stamping, molding, etc.
-3 or more years experience dealing with OEM customers required.
-BA/BS in sales, management, and/or marketing.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation, negotiation and sales skills are required.
-Technical selling skills, medical sales experience and technical background required.
-Must have strong interpersonal skills, analytic, and 'strategic' abilities.
