Membership Representative
Qualifications:

Strong communication and motivational skills
Self-starter with strong organizational skills
Prefer a minimum of six months of related experience
High School diploma or GED
Description:
Enrollment of youth and adult fitness, basketball, and volleyball memberships and services
Ensure proper and accurate completion of all contracts and paperwork
Meet and exceed set sales quotas
Ensure member satisfaction through quality service
Obtain, qualify, and follow up on leads
Monitor lead boxes
Facility presentations
Outside corporate membership sales
Attend health / fitness fairs
Other duties as needed
Compensation:
Draw against commission every two weeks
Monthly bonus opportunities
Future residual pay based on past sales
Extra commission for youth basketball, volleyball & fitness programs
