NFIB needs you to help us attain and exceed our revenue goals. To do that, you will call on small and independent business owners using a consultative sales approach to sell NFIB memberships. If you have 3 years? of Business to Business professional sales experience, interpersonal skills that set you apart from the crowd and the ability to powerfully close a sale, we want you!

Primary Responsibilities:
The Membership Representative is responsible for attaining and exceeding membership and revenue sales quotas. Develops and executes new accounts and renews existing members. Acquires and stays abreast of product knowledge. Through appointment setting, new business referrals, networking and prospecting the Membership Representative engages in a business-to-business consultative sales approach with small and independent business owners.


Specific Qualifications:
- Seeking professionals with a maximum of 3-5 years sales experience.
- Experience should directly relate to appointment setting, business referrals, networking, and cold call prospecting.
- Stable work history
- Consultative training
- Experience working off of monthly quotas
- Basic computer skills, preferably with MS Office products
- Group presentation and excellent communication skills
- Demonstrative abilities to learn and articulate product knowledge quickly
