Provide IPS sales organization and business unit marketing departments with an integrated portfolio of solutions, marketing support, tools and resources that brings measurable value to our acute care customers and differentiates Cardinal Health from our competitors. To help drive the new Cardinal Health brand and one Cardinal Health integrated message.

"Create and implement of integrated solutions marketing campaigns:
Promote acute care market value proposition for respective integrated solutions
Develop overall sales messaging platform in support of Solutions Messaging Platform
Develop marketing messaging components to support Integrated Provider Solutions products and services in an effort to drive top line sales and create awareness
Design training materials and offerings information, supporting efforts to deliver training to customers and field sales groups.
Develop testimonials and case studies to support successes within Integrated Provider Solutions
Support process of developing white papers on select topics to highlight Cardinal Health's expertise and opinions on trends in the Healthcare market.

"Support integrated solution portfolio development, including variants,
Serve as key solutions team member to deliver marketing requirements during development progress
Assist in overall lifecycle management of portfolio
Using key customer feedback and market data, guide portfolio direction and value proposition evolution

"Align to key business unit marketing plans to the ACM
Develop aligned business unit resources and serve as project manager to oversee implementation of marketing initiatives.
Collaborates and consults with business unit marketing teams as necessary.

Education or Equivalent:
"Bachelors Degree in marketing
"7 years marketing/communications experience, particularly sales messaging
"Multi-year experience in health care marketing
Able to efficiently navigate in a large matrix based corporation
"Demonstrate project management and event management skills.
"Demonstrate functional knowledge of product development and customer-design
"Experience with collecting, assessing and redeploying customer and internal feedback opinions.
Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
"Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the principles of communication strategies and tactics in a fast-paced, high-stakes business environment
"Must have considerable knowledge about healthcare, specifically regarding clinical areas of interest and or supply chain process, its structure and businesses, as well as a well-established network of contacts necessary to ensure communication and collaboration is robust and well executed
"Must be a strong writer and a strategic thinker who can act independently and responsibly in a large company that is growing rapidly
"Must have strong interpersonal skills and the willingness to collaborate and be a team player
"Willingness to challenge and lobby for new ideas appropriately
"Must possess problem-solving skills, and be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and budgets
"Proficient at Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project. Functional knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or Quark
