Sales manager for approximately 11-13 S/P Diagnostic sales reps. Define sales opportunities in a regional territory, manage and direct selling activities for a region, hold field sales reps accountable for delivering results, manage customer expectations, provide sales forecasts. Ensure collaboration and teamwork. Interface with Sr. Management. Coach and assist in developing team members in the selling process. Maintain relationships with key manufacturer's management teams.

HSD/GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
