Mortgage Cons-renovation

Job Description: Responsible for soliciting renovation mortgages from various sources including realtors, financial professionals, past customers and other non-traditional sources. Produce high quality loans which meet WFHM guidelines while providing excellent customer service.

? Develops knowledge of company products, policies and procedures, underwriting requirements, and conventional and government loan requirements
? Produces high quality loans which meet Wells Fargo Home Mortgage guidelines while providing excellent customer service
? Develop relationships with real estate professionals, builders and other business referral sources
? Understand real estate appraisals, title reports and real estate transactions
? Informs, prospective and existing customers of WFHM?s programs, rates, policies, underwriting requirements, and loan procedures
? Analyzes detailed financial and credit data, matching customer needs with an appropriate loan program and level of risk
? Receives customer applications, quotes the rate and points, and completes follow-up activities with the registration lock-in
? Develops and maintains a high degree of visibility for WFHM in the marketplace
? Perform miscellaneous duties as needed and required


Minimum Qualifications: - 1+ years sales and documented mortgage experience with proven business partners
